DESCRIPTION:Practical Series – Topic:\n\nFish\n\nBouillabaisse\nAioli\n\n\n\nAbout:\nThe Practical Series is Classic Cooking Academy’s flagship program. Spanning 24 weeks\, this series will educate you around the logistics of the kitchen one step at a time. In each class\, students will first learn their weekly topic(s) from the chef’s lecture before heading into the kitchen to cook dishes on what they’ve just learned. By the end of the course\, students will have a full understanding of nearly every facet of cooking. Don’t be hesitant if you think you’re not up to the task – this class is open for any and all skill levels. \nCosts:\nLump Sum Cost of Practical Series – $2\,500.00. \nPayment Plan of Practical Series – Deposit of $550.00 and then six payments of $325.00 on the first class of each month. \nChef Jacket Fee – $45 (automatically allocated into the deposit).  \n*NOTE*: If you already have a Classic Cooking chef jacket from a prior program and still wish to attend the Practical Series\, please call our staff to register. \nRegister:\nClick here to register on the main Practical Series webpage. \nMore Info:\n\nStudents will be learning techniques of cooking rather than looking at recipes.\n\nAs a result\, bring your own notes and a writing utensil.\n\n\nClass starts at 6:30pm (Thursday Evening sessions) or 1:00pm (Friday Afternoon sessions) sharp. DESCRIPTION:One Pot Wonder Class Menu – Paella:\n\nChicken\, Shrimp\, and Chorizo Paella\nRustic Hearth Bread with Aioli\nFennel and Orange Salad\nChurros and Chocolate\n\nAbout:\nAll in one pot\, all in one night. Our One Pot Wonder class is a celebration of the kind of cooking that has fed families and filled tables for generations — hearty\, soulful\, and surprisingly simple when you know what you’re doing. Each class features its own unique menu\, spotlighting a different iconic one-pot dish\, so there’s always something new to discover and master. You’ll kick things off with an engaging lecture from your chef instructor\, diving into the dish\, the techniques\, and the story behind it — then it’s into the kitchen\, where you’ll cook hands-on under the guidance of our staff from start to finish. Once your creation is nearly ready\, everyone gathers around the table to sit down\, unwind\, and enjoy the fruits of their labor together. \nEach One Pot Wonder Class includes complimentary wine\, beer\, and soft drinks. Alcoholic beverages will be available until dessert is served. \nMore Info:\n\nTo make a reservation\, please use the PayPal registration below. If the PayPal button has been removed to avoid overbooking or you wish to pay by phone\, please call us at 480-502-0177.\nCOST: $80 per person. Gratuity is not included in the class price.\n\nTips for our staff for this evening are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members.\nIf your party has six or more guests\, you can still reserve spots for any recreational class or event if you do not wish to do a private party. However\, we will charge your group an 18% service fee at the time of your reservation. With this in mind\, it is preferred that you register your entire guest count all at once.\n\n\nOne Pot Wonder Classes are held on select Fridays\, 6:30 – 9:00pm. Attendees must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol.\nWe have a 72-hour cancellation policy. This means that you have three days before the class starts to cancel or change your reservation.\n\n If you have to cancel within this time period\, you will not receive a credit to apply towards a different event. We do not issue monetary refunds.\n\n\nNo dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this class. If one or more items on tonight’s menu conflicts with your needs\, please reserve spots for an alternative One Pot Wonder Cooking Class.\nClass size is limited to 20 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis.\nClass starts at 6:30pm sharp. Please be here at least 10 minutes early wearing comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes.
