DESCRIPTION:Menu – All American:\n\nClassic Burgers\nMicrowave Pickles\nPotato Wedges\nChocolate Banana Milkshakes\n\nAbout:\nJoin our 4-Week Cooking for Homeschoolers Series and whip up a delicious lunch! Each week\, a different menu will be prepared by students before they all sit down together to enjoy the meal. This is a great way for students to learn basic and advanced cooking techniques and develop a higher level of skill. Available to ages 8-17. \nMore Info:\n\nCOST: $280 for 4-week session. Individual class registration is prohibited.\nTo register\, use the PayPal button below. If the PayPal button has been removed or if you wish to pay via a different method\, please call or email us.\n\nWe also accept ESA payments through ClassWallet. If you need assistance with that\, please contact our staff.\n\n\nClass is limited to 16 students. Reservations are based on First Come-First Serve basis. Call (480)-502-0177 or email info@ccacademy.edu to register.  Cancellation must be made 72 hours in advance of course time for fee refund.\nAfter School Cooking Classes are held on Thursdays\, 10:30am – 12:30 pm.\nMenus vary each class. Students will prepare the meal and sit down and eat together. A copy of the recipes will be available to take home.\nA MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION FORM must be on file for your child to attend.\n\nIt is very important that we receive at least 72 hours advance notice of ANY food allergies or dietary restrictions. Please let us know at least 72 hours in advance; otherwise modifications will not be made.\n\n\nStudents MUST wear close-toed shoes and tie back long hair as per Arizona health code.\nAfter School Classes are DROP OFF ONLY. DESCRIPTION:Practical Series – Topic:\n\nSauces\n\nDemi-Glace\nSmall Sauces\nRoux\nBéchamel\n\n\n\nAbout:\nThe Practical Series is Classic Cooking Academy’s flagship program. Spanning 24 weeks\, this series will educate you around the logistics of the kitchen one step at a time. In each class\, students will first learn their weekly topic(s) from the chef’s lecture before heading into the kitchen to cook dishes on what they’ve just learned. By the end of the course\, students will have a full understanding of nearly every facet of cooking. Don’t be hesitant if you think you’re not up to the task – this class is open for any and all skill levels. \nCosts:\nLump Sum Cost of Practical Series – $2\,500.00. \nPayment Plan of Practical Series – Deposit of $550.00 and then six payments of $325.00 on the first class of each month. \nChef Jacket Fee – $45 (automatically allocated into the deposit).  \n*NOTE*: If you already have a Classic Cooking chef jacket from a prior program and still wish to attend the Practical Series\, please call our staff to register. \nRegister:\nClick here to register on the main Practical Series webpage. \nMore Info:\n\nStudents will be learning techniques of cooking rather than looking at recipes.\n\nAs a result\, bring your own notes and a writing utensil.\n\n\nClass starts at 6:30pm (Thursday Evening sessions) or 1:00pm (Friday Afternoon sessions) sharp.
