WE WILL REACH OUT TO PRIOR REGISTRANTS SHORTLY.\nMidday Menu – Alpine Comfort:\n\nBreaded Pork Cutlet with Creamy Mushroom Sauce\nRoasted Root Vegetable Medley\nCreamy Polenta\n\nAbout:\nJoin us for a delightful midday escape! Our specially crafted menu features fresh\, seasonal ingredients\, perfect for refueling and relaxing. If you’re looking for a leisurely light lunch\, our offerings are designed to satisfy every craving. Come indulge in a culinary experience that’s as refreshing as the afternoon breeze. \nEach Midday Menu includes complimentary wine\, beer\, and soft drinks. Alcoholic beverages will be available until dessert is served. Midday Menus are a served meal with a chef demonstration. Guests will not be involved with any hands-on cooking for this event. \nMore Info:\n\nTo make a reservation\, please use the PayPal registration below. If the PayPal button has been removed to avoid overbooking or you wish to pay by phone\, please call us at 480-502-0177.\nCOST (UPDATED): $60 per person. Gratuity is not included in the class price.\n\nTips for our staff for this evening are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members.\nIf your party has six or more guests\, you can still reserve spots for any recreational class or event if you do not wish to do a private party. However\, we will charge your group an 18% service fee at the time of your reservation. With this in mind\, it is preferred that you register your entire guest count all at once.\n\n\nMidday Menus are held on select weekdays\, 11:00am – 1:00pm. Attendees must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol.\nWe have a 72-hour cancellation policy. This means that you have three days before the class starts to cancel or change your reservation.\n\n If you have to cancel within this time period\, you will not receive a credit to apply towards a different event. We do not issue monetary refunds.\n\n\nNo dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this class. If one or more items on tonight’s menu conflicts with your needs\, please reserve spots for an alternative Midday Menu.\nClass size is limited to 20 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis.\nClass starts at 11:00am sharp. Please be here at least 10 minutes early wearing comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. Put your skills to the test in our 12-week Pastry Series! With topics covering cakes\, pies\, tarts\, breads\, creams\, chocolates\, and so much more\, this class is as tantalizing as it is appetizing. Hosted by Chef Susan Kolman\, you will get a professional look inside the pastry world. \nCosts:\nLump Sum Cost of Pastry Series – $1\,250.00 \nPayment Plan of Pastry Series – Deposit of $275.00 and then three payments of $325.00 on the first class of each month. \n**NOTE**: In the event of cancellation\, please refer to our Enrollment Agreement for a complete breakdown of our cancellation policy. We do not issue refunds for the $50 enrollment fee or the $45 Chef Jacket. \nRegister:\nVisit our Pastry Series page here for more info on how to register. \nMore Info:\n\nThis class is part of a 12 week series\, and classes cannot be registered for individually.
