Students will walk away from this series with more confidence in the kitchen and a greater understanding of why scratch cooking is generally much healthier for everyone in the family. We highly recommend signing up for the whole series as we will cumulatively build upon methods and recipes from start to finish. Recipes and techniques will be provided for each day of class as we dive into the multitude of combinations and flavors for your kids to enjoy at lunchtime. \nCost:\nThe After-School Healthy Series is priced at $390.00 per student for all six weeks. \nNotes:\n\nAside from closed-toe shoes\, no equipment required from students. Classic Cooking will provide all ingredients and kitchen equipment. The Around the World Series will educate students on individual cultures\, their culinary staples\, and the context behind it all! This series is open to all skill-levels\, ideal for those who want to become more worldly when it comes to international cuisine. \nEach week follows the same structure: students will listen to the chef instructor’s lecture over the weekly topics before heading into the kitchen to make the respective dishes themselves. Once the food is prepared and plated\, everyone gets to enjoy a family-style meal of what they’ve just made with a complimentary glass of wine. \nAround the World Series – Cost:\nThe Around the World Series is $600.00 for all six weeks of classes. Students may not sign up for individual classes. No chef jacket fee is added for this program. \nMore Info:\n\nCertain weeks of the Around the World program may be pushed back for other events.
