DESCRIPTION:After-School Cooking Series Week 1 Menu:\n\nBeef Stroganoff\nRoasted Broccoli\nApple Strudel in Phyllo\n\nAbout:\n6-WEEK SESSION BEGINS JANUARY 5TH AND ENDS FEBRUARY 23RD! \nCLASS WILL NOT BE HELD ON JANUARY 19TH DUE TO MARTIN LUTHER KING JR. DAY AND FEBRUARY 16TH DUE TO PRESIDENTS DAY.  \n\n\nLittle chefs\, big flavors\, huge smiles! Join our After-School Cooking Series and whip up delicious meals! Each week\, a different menu will be prepared by the students and then they’ll all sit down and enjoy their dishes together together. A great way for students to learn both basic and advanced culinary techniques and develop a higher level of know-how. \n\n\nAvailable to ages 8-17. All skill-levels welcome. \nMore Info:\n\nCOST: $420 for 6-week session. Class is limited to 16 students. Reservations are based on First Come-First Serve basis. \nTo register\, use the PayPal button below. If the button has been removed\, please call (480)-502-0177. \nThe After-School Cooking Series is held on Mondays\, 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. and includes all supplies\, ingredients and beverages.\nCancellation must be made 72 hours in advance of course time for fee refund. If you do not cancel within the 3 days\, you will receive credit at Classic Cooking. \nClasses WILL NOT be held on school holidays. Please check our website calendar to view the scheduled classes.\nMenus vary each class. Students will prepare the meal and sit down and eat together. Recipes/menus will be sent via email beforehand.\nStudents MUST wear close-toed shoes and tie back long hair as per Arizona health code.\nAfter School Classes are DROP OFF ONLY.
