DESCRIPTION:THIS CLASS HAS BEEN CANCELLED. \nWE WILL REACH OUT TO PRIOR REGISTRANTS SHORTLY.\nBrunch Menu – Diner Breakfast:\n\nSummer Fruit Salad with Orange Honey\nPerfect Scrambled Eggs with Fine Herbs\nBlueberry Pancakes & Fresh Blueberry Compote\nCrushed Black Pepper Corn & Maple Bacon\nCrumb Coffee Cake\n\nAbout:\nYou’ve enjoyed brunch in the past before. Why not cook your own this time? Join us as we work together to cook the ultimate late morning spread! Students will create today’s meal using ingredients lined out by our chefs. Students will work together to create the entire menu while our instructors supervise as needed. After everything is fully cooked\, students will get to enjoy the fruits of their labor in a brunch buffet. \nComplimentary coffee and mimosas will be served! \nMore Info:\n\nCOST: $80 PER PERSON.  Gratuity is not included in the class price.\n\nTips for our staff for this evening are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members.\nIf your party has six or more guests\, you can still reserve spots for any recreational class or event if you do not wish to do a private party. However\, we will charge your group a 20% service fee at the time of your reservation. With this in mind\, it is preferred that you register your entire guest count all at once.\n\n\nTo make a reservation\, please use the PayPal button below. If the PayPal button has been removed or you wish to pay another method\, call 480-502-0177 or email info@ccacademy.edu.\nSaturday Brunches are held on select Saturdays\, 11am – 1:30pm. Attendees must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol.\nWe have a 72-hour cancellation policy. This means that you have three days before the class starts to cancel or change your reservation.\n\n If you have to cancel within this time period\, you will not receive a credit to apply towards a different event. We do not issue monetary refunds.\n\n\nNo dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this class. If one or more items on today’s menu conflicts with your needs\, please reserve spots for an alternative Brunch Class or opt to schedule a Private Party with us.\nClass size is limited to 20 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis.\nClass starts at 11am sharp. Please be here at least 10 minutes early wearing comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes.
