Our Classic Italian Wine Dinner invites you to indulge in the rich flavors of Italy through traditional dishes and expertly paired wines. Guests will be seated for a four-course culinary experience\, meet our lead chef\, and enjoy warm hospitality inspired by the Italian table. With each course\, our team will share the story behind the food and guide you through the wine pairings—highlighting the taste\, varietal\, origin\, and vintage of each selection. If you’re ready for a delicious journey through La Bella Italia\, this is the wine dinner for you. \nClassic Italian Wine Dinner – More Info:\n\nCOST: $60 per person (NEW SEASONAL OFFER). Gratuity is not included in the class price.\n\nTips for our staff for this evening are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members.\nIf your party has six or more guests\, you can still reserve spots for any recreational class or event if you do not wish to do a private party. However\, we will charge your group an 18% service fee at the time of your reservation. With this in mind\, it is preferred that you register your entire party all at once to avoid scheduling complications.\n\n\nTo make a reservation\, use the PayPal button below. If the PayPal button has been removed or you wish to pay another way\, please call 480-502-0177 or email info@ccacademy.edu.\nWine Dinners are held on select Saturdays\, 6:00 – 8:00pm. Attendees must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol.\nThis class is not a cooking class. There is no portion of the class that is hands-on or demonstrative – our wine dinners are food and wine tastings featuring deliciously paired courses.\nWe have a 72-hour cancellation policy. This means that you have three days before the class starts to cancel or change your reservation.\n\n If you have to cancel within this time period\, you will not receive a credit to apply towards a different event. We do not issue monetary refunds.\n\n\nNo dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this class. If one or more items on tonight’s menu conflicts with your needs\, please reserve spots for an alternative Wine Dinner. \n\nFor a more flexible option on food and wine pairings\, consider scheduling your own Private Wine Dinner.\n\n\nClass size is limited to 36 people.
