DESCRIPTION:About:\nFall Break is here! Classic Cooking introduces a fun four-day cooking camp\, where students will learn essential cooking techniques and work alongside their peers to gain and develop new culinary skills. Students will build on skills throughout the week\, and the daily changing menus will offer a wide variety of seasonal delights.  \nFall Break Camp is held Monday\, October 13th to Tuesday\, October 16th. Classes are held 10am to 12pm each day. \nAvailable to ages 8-17. Students will be grouped based on age. \nMenus:\nMonday\, October 13th\, 2025 – NYC Classics: \n\nCreamy Roasted Corn Chowder\n“Chopped Cheese” Sandwiches\nBanana Pudding Cups\n\nTuesday\, October 14th\, 2025 – Comfort Food Favorites: \n\nCaesar Salad with Homemade Caesar Dressing\nGrilled Chicken Breast\nBaked Gourmet Mac and Cheese\nCarrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting\n\nWednesday\, October 15th\, 2025 – Mexican Adventure: \n\nHomemade Guacamole with Tortilla Chips\nChicken Enchiladas with Creamy Chile Sauce\nMexican Rice\nTres Leches Cake\n\nThursday\, October 16th\, 2025 – Pizza Party:\n \n\nCustom Pizza\nCaprese Skewers with Pesto Dipping Sauce\nLemon Ricotta Cookies with Lemon Glaze\n\nMore Info:\n\nTo register\, use the PayPal button below. You may also call 480-502-0177 to register.\n$280 for 4-day session\, Monday-Thursday\, 10:00am – 12:00pm.  Class is limited to 16 students.  Reservations are based on First Come-First Serve basis.\nNO REFUNDS will be given in the event of a cancellation.\nA MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION FORM must be on file for your child to attend.\n\nIt is very important that we receive at least 72 hours advance notice of ANY food allergies or dietary restrictions.  Please let us know at least 72-hours in advance; Otherwise modifications will not be made.\n\n\nStudents MUST wear close-toed shoes and tie back long hair as per Arizona health code.\nKids and Teens Camp is DROP OFF ONLY.
