SUMMARY:Blue Zones Project Cooking Demo (09/20/25)
DESCRIPTION:Eating with Purpose:\nIndigenous Recipes for Longevity & Well-Being\nJoin us for a cooking demonstration with Chef Pascal Dionot of Classic Cooking Academy\, where we’ll explore dishes inspired by Indigenous culinary traditions\, featuring nutrient-rich ingredients such as tepary beans and Three Sisters salad. The recipes presented align with the Blue Zones’ emphasis on natural\, balanced eating\, fostering personal wellness and a sense of communal connection through shared food traditions. \n**Due to limited seating\, registration is required. \nREGISTRATION:\nClick here to register on Eventbrite! \nLinks:\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nLearn more about the Blue Zones Power 9® Principles.
