At the end of class\, students will eat what they make! $280 for 4-day session which meets from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. on Monday\, Tuesday\, Wednesday\, and Thursday.  Available to Ages 8-12. \nMenus:\nMonday – Italiano \n\nClassic Meatballs\nHomemade Pasta\nCaesar Salad\nChocolate-Dipped Ladyfingers\n\nTuesday – Mexican Kitchen \n\nSalsa Verde & Chips\nChicken Enchiladas\nMexican Rice\nDark Chocolate Cupcakes\n\nWednesday – Gourmet Comfort Foods \n\nBeef Stroganoff\nGreen Bean Bundles\nProfiteroles with Ice Cream and Chocolate Sauce\n\nThursday – Backyard Picnic \n\nBBQ Chicken Sliders\nHomemade BBQ Sauce\nGrilled Corn and Black Bean Salsa\nGrilled Peaches and Ice Cream\n\nMore Info:\n\nCost: $280 for 4-day session\, Monday-Thursday\, 10:00am – 12:00pm. Once registered\, students are expected to commit to the entire week of camp.\nWhile every attempt is made for dietary friendly menus\, we cannot accommodate all dietary restrictions; please review each week’s class menus before enrolling your child or give us a call to discuss any concerns you might have. If the parent/guardian is willing to provide substitutions for some ingredients\, accommodations can be discussed.\nIf a student behaves in a troubling and disruptive manner\, we reserve the right to contact their parent/guardian to pick up their child and remove them from the camp session.\n\nA MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION FORM must be filled out and sent out to us via email (info@ccacademy.edu) for your child to attend. We must receive notice of any allergies or dietary restrictions at least 72 hours prior to the week.

DESCRIPTION:Practical Series – Topic:\n\nShellfish\n\nMussels\nOysters\nClams\nShrimp\n\n\n\nAbout:\nThe Practical Series is Classic Cooking Academy’s flagship program. Spanning 24 weeks\, this series will educate you around the logistics of the kitchen one step at a time. In each class\, students will first learn their weekly topic(s) from the chef’s lecture before heading into the kitchen to cook dishes on what they’ve just learned. By the end of the course\, students will have a full understanding of nearly every facet of cooking. Don’t be hesitant if you think you’re not up to the task – this class is open for any and all skill levels. \nCosts:\nLump Sum Cost of Practical Series – $2\,500.00. \nPayment Plan of Practical Series – Deposit of $550.00 and then six payments of $325.00 on the first class of each month. \nChef Jacket Fee – $45 (automatically allocated into the deposit).  \n*NOTE*: If you already have a Classic Cooking chef jacket from a prior program and still wish to attend the Practical Series\, please call our staff to register. \nRegister:\nVisit our Practical Series webpage for the step-by-step process on how to officially register. \nMore Info:\n\nStudents will be learning techniques of cooking rather than looking at recipes.\n\nAs a result\, bring your own notes and a writing utensil.\n\n\nClass starts at 6:30pm (for Thursday Evenings) or 1:00pm (for Friday Afternoons) sharp.
