Learn both novice and advanced culinary techniques. At the end of class\, students will eat what they make! $280 for 4-day session which meets from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. on Monday\, Tuesday\, Wednesday\, and Thursday.  Available to Ages 8-12. \nMenus:\nMonday – All American \n\nClassic Burgers\nMicrowave Pickles\nPotato Wedges\nChocolate Banana Milkshakes\n\nTuesday – Continental Cuisine \n\nSteak Diane\nRoasted Parmesan Smashed Potatoes\nGlazed Carrots\nBaked Apple Crumble\n\nWednesday – Parisian Pleasures \n\nCroque Monsieur Sandwiches with Bechamel\nGreen Bean\, Red Potato\, and Onion Sauté\nSummer Fruit Galette\n\nThursday – Pizza Party \n\nHandmade Pizza with Custom Toppings\nCaprese Skewers with Pesto Dipping Sauce\nLemon Ricotta Cookies with Lemon Glaze\n\nMore Info:\n\nCost: $280 for 4-day session\, Monday-Thursday\, 10:00am – 12:00pm. Once registered\, students are expected to commit to the entire week of camp.\nWhile every attempt is made for dietary friendly menus\, we cannot accommodate all dietary restrictions; please review each week’s class menus before enrolling your child or give us a call to discuss any concerns you might have. If the parent/guardian is willing to provide substitutions for some ingredients\, accommodations can be discussed.\nIf a student behaves in a troubling and disruptive manner\, we reserve the right to contact their parent/guardian to pick up their child and remove them from the camp session.\n\nA MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION FORM must be filled out and sent out to us via email (info@ccacademy.edu) for your child to attend. This class will teach you how to easily prepare vegetable-forward\, meatless\, accessible and delicious dishes.\n\n\nMenu:\n\nStarters/Soups/Salads:\n\n\nGolden Beet\, Apple and Arugula Salad with Apple Cider Vinaigrette \n\n\nRoasted Mexican Street Carrots \nMushroom and Asparagus Risotto with Vegan Parmesan \n\n\n\nMain Course:\n\n\nGrilled Cauliflower Steaks with Lemon Aioli \n\n\n\nDessert:\n\n\nAvocado\, Banana\, and Coconut Cream Chocolate Pudding \n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout:\nJoin us in this six-week program as we take a look at the nutritional side of the kitchen and dining table.
