At the end of class\, students will eat what they make! $280 for 4-day session which meets from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. on Monday\, Tuesday\, Wednesday\, and Thursday.  Available to Ages 8-12. \nMenus:\nMonday – Weekend BBQ \n\nBarbecued Chicken\nClassic Cole Slaw\nMini Cinnamon Roll Cookies\n\nTuesday – Taco Tuesday \n\nGround Beef Tacos\nPico de Gallo\nSpanish Rice\nTres Leches Cake\n\nWednesday – Greek Adventure \n\nChicken Gyros with Pita Bread\nSautéed Veggies & Tzatziki Sauce\nCucumber Salad\nHoney Nut Swirls\n\nThursday – Pizza Party \n\nHandmade Pizza with Custom Toppings\nCaprese Skewers with Pesto Dipping Sauce\nLemon Ricotta Cookies with Lemon Glaze\n\nMore Info:\n\nCost: $280 for 4-day session\, Monday-Thursday\, 10:00am – 12:00pm. Once registered\, students are expected to commit to the entire week of camp.\nWhile every attempt is made for dietary friendly menus\, we cannot accommodate all dietary restrictions; please review each week’s class menus before enrolling your child or give us a call to discuss any concerns you might have. If the parent/guardian is willing to provide substitutions for some ingredients\, accommodations can be discussed.\nIf a student behaves in a troubling and disruptive manner\, we reserve the right to contact their parent/guardian to pick up their child and remove them from the camp session.\n\nA MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION FORM must be filled out and sent out to us via email (info@ccacademy.edu) for your child to attend. We must receive notice of any allergies or dietary restrictions at least 72 hours prior to the week.

DESCRIPTION:Week 6 – Germany:\n\n\nKrautstrudel\nBraised Red Cabbage\nGerman Potato Salad\nJagerschnitzel with Mushroom Demi Glace\nLinzer Torte with Raspberry Filling \n\n\nAbout:\nJoin us in this six-week program as we take a global look at a variety of cuisines that have taken the world by storm. Hosted by Chef Andrew Schmidt\, the Around the World Series will educate students on individual cultures\, their culinary staples\, and the context behind it all! This series is open to all skill-levels\, ideal for those who want to become more worldly when it comes to international cuisine. \nEach week follows the same structure: students will listen to the chef instructor’s lecture over the weekly topics before heading into the kitchen to make the respective dishes themselves. Once the food is prepared and plated\, everyone gets to enjoy a family-style meal of what they’ve just made with a complimentary glass of wine. \nCost:\nThe Around the World Series is $600.00 for all six weeks of classes.
