Learn both novice and advanced culinary techniques. At the end of class\, students will eat what they make! $280 for 4-day session which meets from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. on Monday\, Tuesday\, Wednesday\, and Thursday.  Available to Ages 8-12. \nMenus:\nMonday – Party Food \n\nBaked Buffalo Chicken Fingers with Homemade Ranch Dressing\nSpinach-Artichoke Dip with Tortilla Chips\nRaspberry and Cream Cheese Brownie Bites\n\nTuesday – Rise and Shine \n\nDenver-Style Frittata\nMaple-Glazed Bacon\nBerry Yogurt Parfait with Granola\nOrange Chocolate Chip Scones\n\nWednesday – Caribbean Flare \n\nJerk Chicken with Mango Corn Salsa\nIsland Fried Rice\nGrilled Pineapple with Ice Cream and Orange Glaze\n\nThursday – Homemade Favorites \n\nTurkey Meatloaf Muffins\nCreamy Mashed Potatoes\nGlazed Carrots\nChocolate Chip Cookies\n\nMore Info:\n\nCost: $280 for 4-day session\, Monday-Thursday\, 10:00am – 12:00pm. DESCRIPTION:Week 5 – India:\n\n\nFried Potato Bondas Cucumber Raita Dipping Sauce\nMango Chutney\nChicken Tikka Masala\nBasmati Rice Pilaf\nSaag Paneer\nGrilled Naan\nMango Lassi\n\n\nAbout:\nJoin us in this six-week program as we take a global look at a variety of cuisines that have taken the world by storm. Hosted by Chef Andrew Schmidt\, the Around the World Series will educate students on individual cultures\, their culinary staples\, and the context behind it all! This series is open to all skill-levels\, ideal for those who want to become more worldly when it comes to international cuisine. \nEach week follows the same structure: students will listen to the chef instructor’s lecture over the weekly topics before heading into the kitchen to make the respective dishes themselves. Once the food is prepared and plated\, everyone gets to enjoy a family-style meal of what they’ve just made with a complimentary glass of wine. \nCost:\nThe Around the World Series is $600.00 for all six weeks of classes.
