CALL OR EMAIL TO BE PLACED ON OUR WAIT-LIST.\n*Note: All of the December 2024 Holiday Cookie Exchanges feature the same menu.\nHoliday Cookie Exchange – Menu:\n\n\n\nRaspberry Walnut Butter Cookies\nBasic Spritz Cookies\nPeanut Butter Thumbprint Cookies\nSnowball Cookies (Pecan Butter Balls)\nCranberry White Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies\nPeppermint White Chocolate Chip Cookies\nOrange Ginger Molasses Cookies\nPistachio Shortbread Cookies\n\n\n\nAbout:\nThis class is a team effort in fun and\, lots of cookies to take home! You will work in groups up to four on two different cookie recipes. As the cookies are completed they will be equally distributed to all\, on a giant cookie table! Once class is over\, you can fill your containers with the bounty of cookies that will appear! No stress at home\, get your baking done in three hours and go home with dozens and dozens of a variety of cookies! Class will start with a brief instructional review of the recipes. Be prepared to take some pictures and enjoy some refreshments when you are finished! The class is best enjoyed with some prior baking knowledge.\nMore Info:\n\nCOST: $90 per person. This is a Specialty Class. \nTo register\, use the below PayPal button below. If the PayPal button has been removed or you wish to pay via a separate method\, call us at (480) 502-0177.\nWe have a 72-hour cancellation policy. This means that you have three days before the class starts to cancel or change your reservation.\n\n If you have to cancel within this time period\, you will not receive a credit to apply towards a different event. We do not issue monetary refunds.\n\n\nThe Cookie Exchange Class is held on Saturday\, 10:00am – 1:00pm. Attendees must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol.\nNo dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this class. If one or more items on the menu conflicts with your needs\, please reserve spots for an alternative cooking class or event.\nClass size is limited to 20 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis.\nClass starts at 10:00am sharp. Please be here at least 10 minutes early wearing comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. CALL OR EMAIL TO REGISTER.\nWine Dinner Menu:\n\nFrench Onion Soup with Cheese Soufflé\nCrab Cake with Scallop Mousse and Spicy Remoulade Sauce\nPan Seared Bone-In Chicken Thighs with Grilled Apricot\, Sage\, and Pistachio Chutney with Quinoa Pilaf\nBraised Beef Short Rib Bourguignon with Creamy Polenta\nPumpkin Panna Cotta with Whipped Cream and Candied Pecans\n\nAbout:\nOne of our few classes that does not incorporate hands-on cooking. Instead\, guests sit down\, meet our chef(s) and sommelier\, and enjoy a five course dinner with specially paired wines. With each course\, our head chef will talk about the food\, while our sommelier will discuss the wine’s taste\, variety\, background\, and vintage. \nMore Info:\n\nCOST: $95 per person. Gratuity is not included in the class price.\n\nTips for our staff for this evening are not expected but are greatly appreciated.
