DESCRIPTION:Menu:\n\nSugar Cookie Cutouts\nRoyal Icing (Students will learn flooding technique)\n\nAbout:\nLearn how to make delicious pastries that will impress your family and friends during this spooky time of year! Students will work together in groups of 4 during this hands-on class\, led by the instructor. Expect to be standing\, cooking or baking and engaged for most of the class\, following the instructor’s lecture and/or demo. After class\, students will enjoy a generous taste of every dish along with refreshments and will be able to ask questions about the class. Bring to-go containers for any leftover baked goods! \nAvailable to all ages\, but especially fun for kids ages 8+! This is an entertaining and interactive opportunity for parents and children to enjoy October’s signature holiday!\n\nMore Info:\n\nTo make a reservation\, please use the PayPal registration below. If you wish to pay by phone\, please call us at 480-502-0177.\nCOST: $75 per person. Gratuity is not included in the class price.\n\nTips for our staff for this evening are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members.\nIf your party has six or more guests\, you can still reserve spots for any recreational class or event if you do not wish to do a private party. However\, we will charge your group an 18% service fee at the time of your reservation. With this in mind\, it is preferred that you register your entire guest count all at once.\n\n\nPastry Classes are held on select Saturdays\, 10:00am – 1:00pm. Attendees must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol.\nWe have a 72-hour cancellation policy. This means that you have three days before the class starts to cancel or change your reservation.\n\nIf you have to cancel within this time period\, you will not receive a credit to apply towards a different event. We do not issue monetary refunds.\n\n\nNo dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this class. If one or more items on today’s menu conflicts with your needs\, please reserve spots for an alternative Pastry Class.\nClass size is limited to 16 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis.\nClass starts at 10:00am sharp. Please be here at least 10 minutes early wearing comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. DESCRIPTION:THIS CLASS HAS BEEN CANCELED. WE WILL REACH OUT TO PRIOR REGISTRANTS SHORTLY.\nWine 102 – About:\nAnother introductory course covering aspects of wine! CSW Instructor Lisa Utano will be covering a number of topics such as old world wine versus new world wine\, in  addition to ‘tasting like a pro’ with some different varietals.  \nGuests will be able to enjoy complimentary glasses of wine to analyze and enjoy. We will also provide a charcuterie board for guests. \nThis class is a must for anyone who wants to kickstart or improve their wine tasting skills! Prior attendance in the Wine 101 Class is not mandatory for enrollment in the Wine 102. \nInstructor – Lisa Utano:\n \nThis wine class will be hosted by Lisa Utano\, CSW. Lisa is a Certified Specialist of Wine with the Society of Wine Educators and has been studying and attending conferencing with the organization for over 12 years. \n  \nShe has also worked with the school as the Wine Expert for their wine paired dinners\, presenting and educating the guests on the wines served for the evening. Her passion for wine has led her to travel to many of the world’s wine regions. \nMore Info:\n\nCOST: $65 per person.\nThis class is not a cooking class.
