DESCRIPTION:Week 1 Menu – Intro & Fruity:\n\nBlueberry Muffins\nBerry Crumble\n\nAbout:\n6-WEEK SESSION BEGINS SEPTEMBER 23RD AND RUNS THROUGH NOVEMBER 4TH!\nJoin our After-School Baking Series and whip up some delicious desserts! Each week\, the students will learn and bake a new collection of weekly dishes before they’ll all sit down together and enjoy their prepared sweets. This is a great way for students to learn basic and advanced baking techniques and develop a higher level of skill. Available to ages 10-17. All skill-levels are welcome. \nMore Info:\n\nCOST: $390 for 6-week session. No registrations for individual classes. Class is limited to 16 students. Reservations are based on a First Come-First Serve basis. \nTo register\, use the PayPal button below. If you wish to register via a separate method\, please call (480)-502-0177.  \nCancellations must be made 72 hours in advance of course time for fee refund. If you do not cancel within the 3 day time period\, you will instead receive credit to be used at Classic Cooking.\nThis After-School Baking Series session is held on Mondays\, 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.\, and includes all supplies\, ingredients and beverages.\nTopics vary each class. Students will prepare the baked items and sit down and eat together. Please bring containers to take home any leftovers. A copy of the recipes will be sent via email in advance.\nStudents MUST wear close-toed shoes and tie back long hair as per Arizona health code.\nAfter-School Classes are DROP OFF ONLY. Sorry\, no parents allowed!\nPLEASE DROP OFF AND PICK UP STUDENTS IN A TIMELY MANNER.\n\nA late fee will be assessed for each 15 minutes of tardiness.\n\n\n\nA MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION FORM must be on file for your child to attend.\nIt is very important that we receive at least 72-hours advanced notice of ANY food allergies or dietary restrictions. DESCRIPTION:Week 6 – Germany:\n\n\nKrautstrudel\nBraised Red Cabbage\nGerman Potato Salad\nJagerschnitzel with Mushroom Demi Glace\nLinzer Torte with Raspberry Filling \n\n\nAbout:\nJoin us in this six-week program as we take a global look at a variety of cuisines that have taken the world by storm. Hosted by Chef Andrew Schmidt\, the Around the World Series will educate students on individual cultures\, their culinary staples\, and the context behind it all! This series is open to all skill-levels\, ideal for those who want to become more worldly when it comes to international cuisine. \nEach week follows the same structure: students will listen to the chef instructor’s lecture over the weekly topics before heading into the kitchen to make the respective dishes themselves. Once the food is prepared and plated\, everyone gets to enjoy a family-style meal of what they’ve just made with a complimentary glass of wine. \nCost:\nThe Around the World Series is $600.00 for all six weeks of classes.
