Learn both novice and advanced culinary techniques. At the end of class\, students will eat what they make! $220 for 4-day session which meets from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. on Monday\, Tuesday\, Wednesday\, and Thursday. Available to Ages 8-12. \nMenus:\nMonday – Tailgate Picnic \n\nBBQ Chicken Sliders\nCelery Slaw\nPotato Salad\nIndividual Banana Pudding Cups\n\nTuesday – Chinese Takeout \n\nSpring Rolls\nSweet & Sour Chicken\nStir-Fried Rice\nShortbread Cookies with Lemon Glaze\n\nWednesday – Little Italy \n\nItalian Chopped Salad\nHomemade Fettuccine\nParmesan Chicken Fingers\nStrawberry & Mascarpone-Filled Cupcakes\n\nThursday – Mexican Kitchen \n\nChips with Salsa & Guacamole\nChicken Enchiladas\nMexican Rice\nDark Chocolate Cupcakes\n\nMore Info:\n\nCOST: $220 for 4-day session\, Monday-Thursday\, 10:00am – 12:00pm. Sorry\, no parents allowed!\nPLEASE DROP OFF AND PICK UP KIDS IN A TIMELY MANNER. A late fee will be assessed for each 15 minutes of tardiness\nNo make-up classes are offered. Once registered\, students are expected to commit to the entire week of camp.\nWhile every attempt is made for dietary friendly menus\, we cannot accommodate all dietary restrictions; please review each week’s class menus before enrolling your child or give us a call to discuss any concerns you might have. If the parent/guardian is willing to provide substitutions for some ingredients\, accommodations can be discussed.\nIf a student behaves in a troubling and disruptive manner\, we reserve the right to contact their parent/guardian to pick up their child and remove them from the camp session.\n\nA MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION FORM must be filled out and sent out to us via email (info@ccacademy.edu) for your child to attend. We must receive notice of any allergies or dietary restrictions at least 72 hours prior to the week.
