At the end of class\, students will eat what they make! $220 for 4-day session which meets from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. on Monday\, Tuesday\, Wednesday\, and Thursday.  Available to Ages 8-12. \nMenus:\nMonday – Homemade Favorites \n\nTurkey Meatloaf Muffins\nCreamy Mashed Potatoes\nGlazed Roasted Carrots\nChocolate Chip Cookies\n\nTuesday – Southwestern Menu \n\nWhite Chili\nCornbread\nCorn Mango Salad\nIce Cream with Berry Sauce\nShortbread Cookie with Cocoa Nibs\n\nWednesday – Mexican Fiesta \n\nChicken in Corn Husks\nTomato Salsa\nMexican White Rice\nTapioca Pudding\n\nThursday – Italiano \n\nMeatballs\nHomemade Pasta\nAntipasto Salad\nBiscotti Cookies\n\nMore Info:\n\nCOST: $220 for 4-day session\, Monday-Thursday\, 10:00am – 12:00pm. Sorry\, no parents allowed!\nPLEASE DROP OFF AND PICK UP KIDS IN A TIMELY MANNER. A late fee will be assessed for each 15 minutes of tardiness\nNo make-up classes are offered. Once registered\, students are expected to commit to the entire week of camp.\nWhile every attempt is made for dietary friendly menus\, we cannot accommodate all dietary restrictions; please review each week’s class menus before enrolling your child or give us a call to discuss any concerns you might have. If the parent/guardian is willing to provide substitutions for some ingredients\, accommodations can be discussed.\nIf a student behaves in a troubling and disruptive manner\, we reserve the right to contact their parent/guardian to pick up their child and remove them from the camp session.\n\nA MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION FORM must be filled out and sent out to us via email (info@ccacademy.edu) for your child to attend. We must receive notice of any allergies or dietary restrictions at least 72 hours prior to the week.
