Learn both novice and advanced culinary techniques. At the end of class\, students will eat what they make! $220 for 4-day session which meets from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. on Monday\, Tuesday\, Wednesday\, and Thursday.  Available to Ages 8-12. \nMenus:\nMonday – Continental Cuisine \n\nSteak Diane\nRoasted Parmesan Smashed Potatoes\nGlazed Carrots\nBaked Apples\n\nTuesday – Caribbean Flare \n\nJerk Chicken\nTropical Spring Rolls with Chile Sauce\nIsland Fried Rice\nGrilled Marinated Pineapple with Ice Cream\n\nWednesday – European Influence \n\nChicken and Cream Crèpes\nNiçoise Salad\nSpinach Artichoke Dip\nLemon Blueberry Cheesecake\n\nThursday – Gourmet Comfort Foods \n\nBeef Stroganoff\nSuccotash\nProfiteroles with Ice Cream and Chocolate Sauce\n\nMore Info:\n\nCost: $220 for 4-day session\, Monday-Thursday\, 10:00am – 12:00pm. Once registered\, students are expected to commit to the entire week of camp.\nWhile every attempt is made for dietary friendly menus\, we cannot accommodate all dietary restrictions; please review each week’s class menus before enrolling your child or give us a call to discuss any concerns you might have. DESCRIPTION:ONLY THREE SPOTS LEFT! CALL OR EMAIL TO REGISTER.\nPizza-Making Class – Menu: \n\nCaesar Salad\nCustomized Pizza\nClassic Biscotti with Affogato\n\nAbout:\nFun for the whole family! In this class\, you’ll learn from the pros how to make the best home-baked pizza. No fancy ovens required! Once demos are over\, the chef takes in students to roll\, top\, and cook their own dough while others enjoy their salad as they wait for their turn. Once everyone has their own pie baked and ready to be eaten\, our staff then serves dessert.  \nChildren and teens are welcome to attend (with a parental guardian as we do serve complimentary wine and beer)! \nMore Info:\n\nTo make a reservation\, please use the PayPal registration below. If the PayPal button has been removed to avoid overbooking or you wish to pay by phone\, please call us at 480-502-0177.\nCOST: $75 PER PERSON. Gratuity is not included in the class price.\n\nTips for our staff for this evening are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members.\nIf your party has six or more guests\, you can still reserve spots for any recreational class or event if you do not wish to do a private party. However\, we will charge your group an 18% service fee at the time of your reservation. With this in mind\, it is preferred that you register your entire guest count all at once.\n\n\nPizza-Making Classes are held on select Thursdays\, 6:30 – 9:00pm. Attendees must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol.\nWe have a 72-hour cancellation policy. This means that you have three days before the class starts to cancel or change your reservation.\n\nIf you have to cancel within this time period\, you will receive credit at Classic Cooking Academy.\n\n\nNo dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this class. If one or more items on tonight’s menu conflicts with your needs\, please reserve spots for an alternative Cooking Class.\nClass size is limited to 20 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis.\nClass starts at 6:30pm sharp. Please be here at least 10 minutes early wearing comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. If you have long hair\, be sure to tie it behind your head.\nStudents will receive a full copy of all recipes for use at home.
