Learn both novice and advanced culinary techniques. At the end of class\, students will eat what they make! $220 for 4-day session which meets from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. on Monday\, Tuesday\, Wednesday\, and Thursday.  Available to Ages 8-12. \nMenus:\nMonday – Rise and Shine \n\nCheddar Scones\nPotato and Basil Frittata\nBerry Yogurt Parfait with Homemade Granola\n\nTuesday – Mexican Brunch \n\nBreakfast Burritos\nElote Salad\nFresh Fruit with Agave Syrup\nBaked Churros\n\nWednesday – Italian Cooking \n\nItalian Chopped Salad\nHomemade Pasta Carbonara\nSautéed Zucchini\nAlmond-Lemon Biscotti\n\nThursday – Homestyle Favorites \n\nCrispy Baked Chicken Cutlets\nMashed Potatoes & Gravy\nSautéed Green Beans\nStrawberry Ice Cream\n\nMore Info:\n\nCost: $220 for 4-day session\, Monday-Thursday\, 10:00am – 12:00pm. Sorry\, no parents allowed!\nPLEASE DROP OFF AND PICK UP KIDS IN A TIMELY MANNER. A late fee will be assessed for each 15 minutes of tardiness\nNo make-up classes are offered. Once registered\, students are expected to commit to the entire week of camp.\nWhile every attempt is made for dietary friendly menus\, we cannot accommodate all dietary restrictions; please review each week’s class menus before enrolling your child or give us a call to discuss any concerns you might have. If the parent/guardian is willing to provide substitutions for some ingredients\, accommodations can be discussed.\nIf a student behaves in a troubling and disruptive manner\, we reserve the right to contact their parent/guardian to pick up their child and remove them from the camp session.\n\nA MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION FORM must be filled out and sent out to us via email (info@ccacademy.edu) for your child to attend. We must receive notice of any allergies or dietary restrictions at least 72 hours prior to the week.
