DESCRIPTION:Week 6 Menu – Cookies:\n\nShortbread\nOatmeal Raisin\nCinnamon Roll\n\nAbout:\n6-WEEK SESSION BEGINS FEBRUARY 22ND! \nJoin our After-School Baking Series and whip up some delicious desserts! Each week\, the students will learn and bake a new collection of weekly dishes before they’ll all sit down together and enjoy their prepared sweets. This is a great way for students to learn basic and advanced baking techniques and develop a higher level of skill. Available to ages 10-17. All skill-levels are welcome. \nMore Info:\n\nCOST: $270 for 6-week session. No registrations for individual classes. Class is limited to 16 students. Reservations are based on a First Come-First Serve basis. \nTo register\, use the PayPal button below. If you wish to register via a separate method\, please call (480)-502-0177.  \nCancellations must be made 72 hours in advance of course time for fee refund. If you do not cancel within the 3 day time period\, you will instead receive credit to be used at Classic Cooking.\nAfter-School Baking Classes are held on Thursdays\, 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.\, and include all supplies\, ingredients and beverages.\nTopics vary each class. Students will prepare the baked items and sit down and eat together. Please bring containers to take home any leftovers. A copy of the recipes will be sent via email in advance.\nStudents MUST wear close-toed shoes and tie back long hair as per Arizona health code.\nAfter-School Classes are DROP OFF ONLY. Sorry\, no parents allowed!\nPLEASE DROP OFF AND PICK UP STUDENTS IN A TIMELY MANNER.\n\nA late fee will be assessed for each 15 minutes of tardiness.\n\n\n\nA MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION FORM must be on file for your child to attend.\nIt is very important that we receive at least 72-hours advanced notice of ANY food allergies or dietary restrictions. DESCRIPTION:Italian Series Week 6 – Pizza:\n\nPrimi/Antipasti:\n\nCaesar Salad\n\n\nSecondi:\n\nCustom Pizza\n\n\nDolci:\n\nClassic Biscotti and Affogato\n\n\n\nAbout: \nA six-week program focusing on the cuisine of Italia! Join Chef Kristina Grappo as she spends each week focusing on a certain subset of Italian culture\, taking care to highlight regional dishes and their backgrounds. Students will first listen to an initial lecture in the classroom before heading into the kitchen to create three courses of food straight from the Mediterranean Boot. No prior experience required – this series is open to all enthusiastic patrons and paisanos!\nEach week follows the same structure: students will listen to the chef instructor’s lecture over the weekly topics before heading into the kitchen to make the respective dishes themselves.\nCost:\nThe Italian Series is $600.00 for all six weeks of classes.
