DESCRIPTION:PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL TO REGISTER.\nAbout:\nSpring Break is here! Classic Cooking will host a fun four-day cooking camp\, where students will learn essential cooking techniques and work alongside their peers to gain and develop new culinary skills. Held every day from 10:00am to 12:00pm\, students will build on skills throughout the week\, and the daily changing menus will offer a wide variety of seasonal delights. Once they finish up each dish\, students will sit in the dining room and enjoy their works! \nDaily Menus:\n\n\nMonday: \n\n\nPasta Primavera\nItalian Chop Salad\nOlive Oil Citrus Cake\n\nTuesday \n\nChicken & Cheese Enchiladas\nBlack Bean & Corn Salad\nDouble Chocolate Cupcakes\n\nWednesday \n\nChicken and Sausage Gumbo\nBasmati Rice\nGinger Peach Hand Pies\n\nThursday \n\nBeef and Broccoli\nStir Fry Noodles\nAlmond Cookies\n\n\n\n\nMore Info:\n\nCOST: The cost for the 4-day Spring Break Cooking Camp is $220 per student\, and includes all ingredients and supplies\, along with beverages.\nAges 8-12 are welcome to register for this cooking camp. Classes are held Monday\, Tuesday\, Wednesday\, and Thursday\, and run from 10:00am – 12:00pm.\nStudents will prepare and enjoy a complete meal each day of camp\, and will receive daily recipes for future use.\n72 hour notice of cancellation must be given for fee refund.\nA MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION FORM must be filled out for your child to attend.\nIf your child has any food allergies or dietary restrictions\, we need to be notified at least 72 hours in advance in order to accommodate.\n\nStudents MUST wear close-toed shoes and tie back long hair as per Arizona health code.\n\nSpring Break Cooking Camp is DROP OFF ONLY.  Sorry\, no parents allowed!!\nA late fee will be assessed for each 15 minutes of tardiness.

DESCRIPTION:Meats & Sauces Series Week 2 – Duck:\n\nBreakdown Whole Duck\nPan Seared Duck Breast a l’Orange\nStuffed Roasted Duck Legs with Port & Cherry Gastrique\n\nAbout:\nJoin us for a succulent course on the choicest cuts and the best sauces to pair with them! In each class\, we will discuss and apply proper protein cookery methods\, explain anatomy\, location and application of certain cuts\, demonstrate and participate in breakdown and butchery of proteins\, as well as learn proper sauce making techniques.\nEach week follows the same structure: students will listen to the chef instructor’s lecture over the weekly topics before heading into the kitchen to make the respective dishes themselves.\nCost:\nThe Meats and Sauces Series is $600.00 for all six weeks of classes.
