PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL TO BE PLACED ON OUR WAIT-LIST.\nSoufflés Class – Menu:\n\nClassic Orange Soufflé \nLemon Soufflé\nChocolate Soufflé \nCrème Anglaise \nFruit Sauce\nLemon Curd\nChocolate Sauce\n\nAbout:\nLearn how to bake any soufflé with crisp edges and perfect height for a sweet end to a delicious meal. Join Chef Pascal Dionot for this hands-on Pastry Class\, and learn the technique to making those famous French Soufflés that everybody adores! Learn how to make the purée base along with the egg white lift. Each student will make their own soufflés to eat or take home. \n(If you would like to take your food home with you\, please bring your own to-go containers.) \nMore Info:\n\nTo make a reservation\, please use the PayPal button below. However\, we will charge your group an 18% service fee at the time of your reservation. With this in mind\, it is preferred that you register your entire guest count all at once.\n\n\nThis Pastry Class is held from 10:00am – 1:00pm. Attendees must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol.\nWe have a 72-hour cancellation policy. This means that you have three days before the class starts to cancel or change your reservation.\n\n If you have to cancel within this time period\, you will not receive a credit to apply towards a different event. We do not issue monetary refunds.\n\n\nNo dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this class. If one or more items on today’s menu conflicts with your needs\, please reserve spots for an alternative Cooking Class.\nClass size is limited to 16 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis.\nClass starts at 10am sharp. Please be here at least 10 minutes early wearing comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes.
