Learn both novice and advanced culinary techniques. At the end of class\, students will eat what they make! $180 for 4-day session which meets from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. on Monday\, Tuesday\, Wednesday\, and Thursday.  Available to Ages 8-12. \nMenus:\nMonday – Greek Adventure: \n\nRed Pepper Hummus with Veggies\nChicken Gyros with Pita Bread & Tzatziki Sauce\nCucumber Salad\nHoney Nut Swirls \n\nTuesday – Party Food: \n\nSpinach-Artichoke Dip with Tortilla Chips\nBaked Buffalo Chicken Fingers with Homemade Ranch Dressing\nRaspberry and Cream Cheese Brownie Bites\n\nWednesday – Chinese Classic: \n\nEgg Rolls\nSesame-Ginger Beef with Green Beans\nSteamed Rice\nStrawberry Wonton Tartlets\n\nThursday – Game Day: \n\nSeven Layer Dip with Chips\nClassic Potato Salad\nPhilly Cheesesteaks\nIce Cream Cookie Sandwiches\n\nMore Info:\n\nCost: $180 for 4-day session\, Monday-Thursday\, 10:00am – 12:00pm. DESCRIPTION:Practical Series – Topic:\n\nShellfish\n\nMussels\nOysters\nClams\nShrimp\n\n\n\nAbout:\nThe Practical Series is Classic Cooking Academy’s flagship program. Spanning 24 weeks\, this series will educate you around the logistics of the kitchen one step at a time. In each class\, students will first learn their weekly topic(s) from the chef’s lecture before heading into the kitchen to cook dishes on what they’ve just learned. By the end of the course\, students will have a full understanding of nearly every facet of cooking. Don’t be hesitant if you think you’re not up to the task – this class is open for any and all skill levels. \nCosts:\nLump Sum Cost of Practical Series – $2\,500.00 \nPayment Plan of Practical Series – Deposit of $550.00 and then six payments of $325.00 on the first class of each month. \n**NOTE**: In the event of cancellation\, please refer to our Enrollment Agreement for a complete breakdown of our cancellation policy.
