At the end of class\, students will eat what they make! $180 for 4-day session which meets from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. on Monday\, Tuesday\, Wednesday\, and Thursday.  Available to Ages 8-12. \nMenus:\nMonday – Grilling Time: \n\nChicken Kabobs\nGrilled Garlic Bread\nGrilled Corn\nGrilled Fruit\nGrilled Pineapple Dessert with Sauce and Ice Cream (No Rum)\n\nTuesday – Mexican Kitchen: \n\nFlank Steak Tinga Tacos\nHomemade Corn Tortillas\nRefried Black Beans\nMango Ice Cream\n\nWednesday – Weekend BBQ: \n\nGingered Apple Slaw\nBarbecued Chicken\nTwice-Baked Potatoes with Broccoli\nMini Cinnamon Roll Cookies\n\nThursday – Pizza Party: \n\nCaprese Skewers with Pesto Dipping Sauce\nHomemade Pizza\nLemon Ricotta Cookies with Lemon Glaze\n\nMore Info:\n\nCost: $180 for 4-day session\, Monday-Thursday\, 10:00am – 12:00pm. If the parent/guardian is willing to provide substitutions for some ingredients\, accommodations can be discussed.\nIf a student behaves in a troubling and disruptive manner\, we reserve the right to contact their parent/guardian to pick up their child and remove them from the camp session.\n\nA MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION FORM 2022 must be filled out and sent out to us via email (info@ccacademy.edu) for your child to attend. We must receive notice of any allergies or dietary restrictions at least 72 hours prior to the week.
