At the end of class\, students will eat what they make! $180 for 4-day session which meets from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. on Monday\, Tuesday\, Wednesday\, and Thursday.  Available to Ages 8-12. \nMenus:\nMonday – Italian Dinner: \n\nParmesan Chicken\nHomemade Pasta\nCaprese Salad Napoleons\nLemon Cupcakes\n\nTuesday – Taco Tuesday: \n\nGround Beef Street Tacos\nHomemade Tortillas\nSpanish Rice\nTres Leches Cake\n\nWednesday – Backyard Picnic: \n\nBBQ Chicken\nHomemade BBQ Sauce\nPotato Salad\nGrilled Corn and Black Bean Salsa\nGrilled Peaches and Ice Cream\n\nThursday – Pizza Time: \n\nPizza Dough\n“Make Your Own Pizza”\nCaprese Skewers with Pesto Dipping Sauce\nLemon Ricotta Cookies with Lemon Glaze\n\nMore Info:\n\nCost: $180 for 4-day session\, Monday-Thursday\, 10:00am – 12:00pm. Once registered\, students are expected to commit to the entire week of camp.\nWhile every attempt is made for dietary friendly menus\, we cannot accommodate all dietary restrictions; please review each week’s class menus before enrolling your child or give us a call to discuss any concerns you might have. If the parent/guardian is willing to provide substitutions for some ingredients\, accommodations can be discussed.\nIf a student behaves in a troubling and disruptive manner\, we reserve the right to contact their parent/guardian to pick up their child and remove them from the camp session.\n\nA MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION FORM 2022 must be filled out and sent out to us via email (info@ccacademy.edu) for your child to attend. DESCRIPTION:Practical Series – Topic:\n\nSoufflés\n\nDessert & Savory\n\n\n\nAbout:\nThe Practical Series is Classic Cooking Academy’s flagship program. Spanning 24 weeks\, this series will educate you around the logistics of the kitchen one step at a time. In each class\, students will first learn their weekly topic(s) from the chef’s lecture before heading into the kitchen to cook dishes on what they’ve just learned. By the end of the course\, students will have a full understanding of nearly every facet of cooking. Don’t be hesitant if you think you’re not up to the task – this class is open for any and all skill levels. \nCosts:\nLump Sum Cost of Practical Series – $2\,500.00 \nPayment Plan of Practical Series – Deposit of $550.00 and then six payments of $325.00 on the first class of each month. \n**NOTE**: In the event of cancellation\, please refer to our Enrollment Agreement for a complete breakdown of our cancellation policy.
