Classic Cooking will host a fun four-day cooking camp\, where students will learn essential cooking techniques and work alongside their peers to gain and develop new culinary skills. Held every day from 10:00am to 12:00pm\, students will build on skills throughout the week\, and the daily changing menus will offer a wide variety of seasonal delights. Once they finish up each dish\, students will sit in the dining room and enjoy their works! \nDaily Menus:\nMonday – Continental Cuisine \n\n\nSteak Diane\nRoasted Parmesan Smashed Potatoes\nGlazed Carrots\nBaked Apples\n\nTuesday – Caribbean Flare \n\nJerk Chicken\nTropical Spring Rolls with Chile Sauce\nIsland Fried Rice\nGrilled Marinated Pineapple with Ice Cream\n\nWednesday – European Influence \n\nNiçoise Salad\nSpinach Artichoke Dip\nLemon Blueberry Cheesecake\n\nThursday – Italian Favorites \n\nTomato & Basil Crostini\nWild Mushroom Cannelloni with Lemon Thyme Cream Sauce\nGrilled Asparagus\nLemon Ricotta Cookies\n\n\nMore Info:\n\nThe cost for the 4-day Spring Break Cooking Camp is $180 per student\, and includes all ingredients and supplies\, along with beverages.\nAges 8-12 are welcome to register for this cooking camp. Classes are held Monday\, Tuesday\, Wednesday\, and Thursday\, and run from 10:00am – 12:00pm.\nStudents will prepare and enjoy a complete meal each day of camp\, and will receive daily recipes for future use.\n72 hour notice of cancellation must be given for fee refund.\nA MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION FORM must be filled out for your child to attend.\nIf your child has any food allergies or dietary restrictions\, we need to be notified at least 72 hours in advance in order to accommodate.\n\nStudents MUST wear close-toed shoes and tie back long hair as per Arizona health code.\n\nSpring Break Cooking Camp is DROP OFF ONLY.  Sorry\, no parents allowed!!\nA late fee will be assessed for each 15 minutes of tardiness.

Put your skills to the test in our 12-week Pastry Series! With topics covering cakes\, pies\, tarts\, breads\, creams\, chocolates\, and so much more\, this class is as tantalizing as it is appetizing. Hosted by Chef Susan Kolman\, you will get a professional look inside the pastry world. \nCosts:\nLump Sum Cost of Pastry Series – $1\,250.00 \nPayment Plan of Pastry Series – Deposit of $275.00 and then three payments of $325.00 on the first class of each month. \n**NOTE**: In the event of cancellation\, please refer to our Enrollment Agreement for a complete breakdown of our cancellation policy. We do not issue refunds for the $50 enrollment fee or the $40 Chef’s Jacket. \nRegister:\nVisit our Pastry Series page here for more info on how to register. \nMore Info:\n\nThis class is part of a 12 week series\, and classes cannot be registered for individually.
