PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL TO BE PLACED ON OUR WAIT-LIST.\nAbout:\nBasic knife skills are important\, whether a veteran cook or a beginner\, everyone can use some basic training with kitchen knives. Class includes demonstration by one of our chef instructors\, Andrew Schmidt\, followed by practical skills of various cuts of fruits and vegetables\, herbs and garlic. Each student will learn how to debone a chicken\, and a stir fry will be made with the chicken and the vegetables. Purchasing and care of knives will also be discussed. \nThis is a great entry-level course for beginners looking to improve their kitchen skills. It also serves as a great primer for those interested in the 24-Week Practical Series. \nMore Info:\n\n$65 per person. Class is limited to 20 students.\nClass includes light meal of chicken and vegetable stir fry.\nThis is a Specialty Class. No vouchers will be accepted. Cancellation must be made at least 72 hours in advance for fee refund. PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL TO BE PLACED ON OUR WAIT-LIST.\nMenu:\n\nShrimp and Andouille Gumbo\nLemon Asparagus Risotto with Scallops\nSautéed Chicken Breast with Fines Herbs Sauce\, Glazed Root Vegetables\, and Farro\nLeg of Lamb au Jus and Ratatouille\nOrange White Chocolate Cheesecake\n\nAbout:\nOne of our few classes that does not incorporate hands-on cooking. Instead\, guests sit down\, meet our chef(s) and sommelier\, and enjoy a five-course tasting menu with specially paired wines. With each course\, our head chef will talk about the food\, while our sommelier will discuss the wine’s taste\, variety\, background\, and vintage. \nMore Info:\n\nCOST: $70 per person. Gratuity is not included in the class price.\n\nTips for our staff for this evening are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members.\nIf your party has six or more guests\, you can still reserve spots for any recreational class or event if you do not wish to do a private party. However\, we will charge your group an 18% service fee at the time of your reservation. With this in mind\, it is preferred that you register your entire guest count all at once.\n\n\nFive-Course Wine Dinners are held on select Saturdays\, 5:00 – 7:30pm. Attendees must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol.\nThis class is not a cooking class. This means that you have three days before the class starts to cancel or change your reservation.\n\n If you have to cancel within this time period\, you will not receive a credit to apply towards a different event. We do not issue monetary refunds.\n\n\nNo dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this class. If one or more items on tonight’s menu conflicts with your needs\, please reserve spots for an alternative Five-Course Wine Dinner.\nClass size is limited to 36 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis.\nDinner starts at 5:00pm sharp.
