DESCRIPTION:Practical Series – Topic:\n\nVegetables\n\nBlanched\nSautéed\nBraised\nRoasted\n\n\n\nAbout:\nThe Practical Series is Classic Cooking Academy’s flagship program. Spanning 24 weeks\, this series will educate you around the logistics of the kitchen one step at a time. In each class\, students will first learn their weekly topic(s) from the chef’s lecture before heading into the kitchen to cook dishes on what they’ve just learned. By the end of the course\, students will have a full understanding of nearly every facet of cooking. Don’t be hesitant if you think you’re not up to the task – this class is open for any and all skill levels. \nCosts:\nLump Sum Cost of Practical Series – $2\,500.00 \nPayment Plan of Practical Series – Deposit of $550.00 and then six payments of $325.00 on the first class of each month. \n**NOTE**: In the event of cancellation\, please refer to our Enrollment Agreement for a complete breakdown of our cancellation policy. DESCRIPTION:Tamale Workshop – Menu:\nClassic Pork Tamales with Red Chili Sauce\nChicken Verde and Roasted Tomatillo Salsa\nCalabacita Tamales (Vegetarian Squash Tamales)\nCaramelized Onion Goat Cheese and Pine Nut Tamales\nAbout:\nJoin Chef Instructor Sharon Lunardi for this unique hands-on cooking class! Sharon will teach you the basic steps to making traditional tamales\, beginning with a demonstration on simple Masa doughs with different variations. Students will participate in making one type of filling.  All students will assemble two of each tamale flavor\, for a total of 8 tamales per person! The tamales will be steamed in class and served ready to eat\, along with house beverages. \nMore Info:\n\nThe Tamale Workshop includes all ingredients\, wine\, beer\, soda and water. Attendees must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol.\n$85 per person.  This is a Specialty Class\, no vouchers will be accepted. To register\, use the PayPal button below or call 480-502-0177.\nWe have a 72-hour cancellation policy. This means that you have three days before the class starts to cancel or change your reservation.\nNo dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this class.
