Classic Cooking introduces a fun four-day cooking camp\, where students will learn essential cooking techniques and work alongside their peers to gain and develop new culinary skills. Students will build on skills throughout the week\, and the daily changing menus will offer a wide variety of seasonal delights. Available to ages 8-17. Put your skills to the test in our 12-week Pastry Series! With topics covering cakes\, pies\, tarts\, breads\, creams\, chocolates\, and so much more\, this class is as tantalizing as it is appetizing. Hosted by Chef Susan Kolman\, you will get a professional look inside the pastry world. \nCosts:\nLump Sum Cost of Pastry Series – $1\,250.00 \nPayment Plan of Pastry Series – Deposit of $275.00 and then three payments of $325.00 on the first class of each month. \n**NOTE**: In the event of cancellation\, please refer to our Enrollment Agreement for a complete breakdown of our cancellation policy.
