DESCRIPTION:Cold Soups – Menu:\n\nCreamy Gazpacho\nCreamy Coconut\, Carrot\, and Ginger Soup\nChilled Borscht with Whipped Goat Cheese\nChilled Sweat Pea\, Avocado\, and Bacon Soup\nVichyssoise\n\nAbout:\nStay refreshed and cool with this specialty summer cooking class! Students will learn how to make a variety of cold soups under the tutelage of Chef Andrew Schmidt. Chef Schmidt will go over an initial lecture before leading the guests in the kitchen as they make a bevy of different bowls. At the end\, students will sit down to enjoy what they’ve just made. \nMore Info:\n\nSoup Classes are held on select dates\, 11:00am – 1:30pm. Attendees must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol.\nTo make a reservation\, please call 480-502-0177 or email info@ccacademy.edu.\n$65 per person. Gratuity is not included in the class price.\n\nTips for our staff for this class are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members.\n\n\nWe have a 72-hour cancellation policy. This means that you have three days before the class starts to cancel or change your reservation.\n\nIf you have to cancel within this time period\, you will receive credit at Classic Cooking Academy.\nIf your party has six or more guests\, you can still reserve spots for any recreational class or event if you do not wish to do a private party. However\, we will charge your group an 18% service fee at the time of your reservation. With this in mind\, it is preferred that you register your entire guest count all at once.\n\n\nNo dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this class. If one or more items on this menu conflicts with your needs\, please reserve spots for an alternative Cooking Class.\nClass size is limited to 20 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis.\nClass starts at 11:00am sharp. Please be here at least 10 minutes early wearing comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes.
