DESCRIPTION:Menu – Bistro Desserts:\n\nNapoleons with Puff Pastry\nVanilla Pastry Cream\nRaspberry Sauce\nAlmond Tulipes Cookies\n\nAbout:\nSimple Parisian desserts for those small cozy French restaurants. Join us as we go through a few bistro favorites! \nMore Info:\n\n\n\nPastry Classes are held on select Saturdays\, 10am – 1:00pm. Attendees must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol.\nTo make a reservation\, please call 480-502-0177 or email info@ccacademy.edu.\n$60 per person. Gratuity is not included in the class price.\n\nTips for our staff for this event are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members.\nIf your party has six or more guests\, you can still reserve spots for any recreational class or event if you do not wish to do a private party. However\, we will charge your group an 18% service fee at the time of your reservation. With this in mind\, it is preferred that you register your entire guest count all at once.\n\n\nWe have a 72-hour cancellation policy. This means that you have three days before the class starts to cancel or change your reservation.\n\n If you have to cancel within this time period\, you will not receive a credit to apply towards a different event. We do not issue monetary refunds.\n\n\nNo dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this class. If one or more items on today’s menu conflicts with your needs\, please reserve spots for an alternative Pastry Class.\nClass size is limited to 20 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis.\nClass starts at 10am sharp. Please be here at least 10 minutes early wearing comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. If you have long hair\, be sure to tie it behind your head.\nStudents will receive a full copy of all recipes for use at home.\nClass will be led by Chef Sharon Lunardi.\n\n\n\nTHIS CLASS IS SOLD OUT. He decided to turn his passion for all beverages into a career when he started his first full-time job at a large wine retailer in 2005. Since 2012\, Kevin has been the Italian wine import portfolio manager for Quail Distributing and has been a prominent partner and fervent supporter of Classic Cooking ever since. \nClick here for more info on Kevin’s company Quail Distributing. \nMore Info:\n\nThis is a Specialty Class\, and no vouchers will be accepted.\n$100 per person.  Cancellation must be made 72 hours in advance of course time for a credit to apply towards a different event. We do not issue monetary refunds.\nThis class is not a cooking class. There is no portion of the class that is hands-on or demonstration.\nOur sommelier or wine expert will lead the class. They will lecture about the wines and answer any questions you may have\, and the Chef will discuss the food pairings.\nThis is a five-course tasting menu. We will serve five small portions of all of the menu items – each paired with a two ounce pour of wine.\nGratuity is not included in the class price. If you kindly wish to leave our staff a tip\, they will split all gratuity left among the instructor\, assistant\, server\, and dish washer.\n\nONLY TWO SPOTS LEFT! PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL TO REGISTER.
