DESCRIPTION:Menu:\n\nGolden Beet and Apple Salad tossed with Toasted Walnuts and a Cider Vinaigrette\nRoasted Spaghetti Squash with Vegan Pesto Genovese\nMushroom and Vegan Parmesan Risotto using Homemade Vegetable Stock\nAvocado\, Banana and Coconut Cream Chocolate Pudding Topped with Toasted Shredded Coconut and Cacao Nibs\nAbout:\n\nGuests come in\, find a seat\, have a drink\, and meet the chef who will go over each item on the menu. In this class\, we will explore the vast possibilities\, flavor combinations\, and delicious dishes that vegan ingredients can bring to our palates. We will be following innovative recipes using homemade vegan parmesan\, vegan heavy cream\, and vegan butter. Each group will be assigned up to two recipes using these innovative vegan revisions. At the end of our class time\, our chef takes over the kitchen. The guests return to the dining room and are served an appetizer course of golden beets and apples salad\, the main course consisting of and the dessert course in succession. DESCRIPTION:Fall Seasonal Menu:\n\n1. Butternut Squash Soup with Brown Butter and Sage\n2. Homemade Fettuccine with Lemon Garlic Shrimp \n3. Pan Seared Salmon over Roasted Cauliflower Puree with Kale and Sundried Tomato Salad \n4. Duck Breast served with a Port\, Fig\, and Cranberry Reduction and Potato Gratin with Sautéed Green Beans. \n5. Tart Bourdaloue (Pear Tart with Almond Cream)\n\nAbout:\nOne of our few classes that does not incorporate hands-on cooking. Instead\, guests sit down\, meet our chef(s) and sommelier\, and enjoy a five-course tasting menu with specially paired wines. With each course\, our head chef will talk about the food\, while our sommelier will discuss the wine’s taste\, variety\, background\, and vintage. \nMore Info:\n\nFive-Course Wine Dinners are held on select Saturdays\, 5:00 – 7:30pm. Attendees must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol.\nThis class is not a cooking class.
