DESCRIPTION:Menu: Cookies and Brownies  \n\nDouble Chocolate Chip Cookies\nBlondies and Vanilla Ice Cream (Crème Anglaise)\n\nAbout:\n6-WEEK SESSION BEGINS MARCH 24TH AND RUNS THROUGH APRIL 28TH!\nJoin our after-school recreational baking classes and whip up some delicious desserts! Each week\, different items with be crafted by the students and then they’ll all sit down together and enjoy the prepared sweets. A great way for students to learn basic and advanced baking techniques and develop a higher level of skill. Available to ages 10-17. \nMore Info:\n\n\n\nAfter School Baking Classes are held on Wednesdays\, 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.\, and include all supplies\, ingredients and beverages.\n$240 for 6-week session\, or $40 per individual class. Class is limited to 12 students. Reservations are based on First Come-First Serve basis. Call (480) 502-0177 or email info@ccacademy.edu to register.  Cancellation must be made 72 hours in advance of course time for fee refund.\nClasses WILL NOT be held on School Holidays. Please check the website calendar to view the scheduled classes.\nTopics vary each class. Students will prepare the baked items and sit down and eat together. A copy of the recipes will be available to take home.\nA MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION FORM must be on file for your child to attend.\n\nIt is very important that we receive at least 72 hours advance notice of ANY food allergies or dietary restrictions. Please let us know at least 72-hours in advance; otherwise modifications will not be made.\n\n\nStudents MUST wear close-toed shoes and tie back long hair as per Arizona health code.\nAfter School Classes are DROP OFF ONLY. Sorry\, no parents allowed!\nPLEASE DROP OFF AND PICK UP IN A TIMELY MANNER.\n\nA late fee will be assessed for each 15 minutes of tardiness\n\n\n\n\n\nSOLD OUT. Put your skills to the test in our 12-week Pastry Series! With topics covering cakes\, pies\, tarts\, breads\, creams\, chocolates\, and so much more\, this class is as tantalizing as it is appetizing. Hosted by Chef Susan Kolman\, you will get a professional look inside the pastry world. \nCosts:\nLump Sum Cost of Pastry Series – $1\,250.00 \nPayment Plan of Pastry Series – Deposit of $275.00 and then three payments of $325.00 on the first class of each month. \n**NOTE**: In the event of cancellation\, 15% of the total cost will be retained by Classic Cooking Academy to cover administrative costs. \nRegister:\nStep 1: Download and return your completed Application Form and Enrollment Agreement. \nClick to Download our Enrollment Agreement and send a completed copy to our staff. \nClick to Download our Catalog to have on file for reference. \nStep 2: Place your deposit a week before the Pastry Series begins. We will hand out recipes for all respective dishes.\nTo enroll\, please fill out our enrollment agreement and send it to us via email or in-person. A deposit must also be received by our staff at the time of registration.\nClass starts at 6:30pm sharp.
