DESCRIPTION:Practical Series – Topic:\n\nVegetables\n\nPotatoes: Rissolées\, Mashed\, Dauphine\, French Fries\, Gratin\n\n\n\nAbout:\nThe Practical Series is Classic Cooking Academy’s flagship program. Spanning 24 weeks and hosted by Chef Josh Hebert\, this series will educate you around the logistics of the kitchen one step at a time. In each class\, students will first learn their weekly topic(s) from the chef’s lecture before heading into the kitchen to cook dishes on what they’ve just learned. By the end of the course\, students will have a full understanding of nearly every facet of cooking. Don’t be hesitant if you think you’re not up to the task – this class is open for any and all skill levels. \nCosts:\nLump Sum Cost of Practical Series – $2\,500.00 \nPayment Plan of Practical Series – Deposit of $550.00 and then three payments of $325.00 on the first class of each month. \n**NOTE**: In the event of cancellation\, 15% of the total cost will be retained by Classic Cooking Academy to cover administrative costs. \nRegister:\nStep 1: Download and return your completed Application Form and Enrollment Agreement. \nClick to Download our Enrollment Agreement and send a completed copy to our staff. \nClick to Download our Catalog to have on file for reference. \nStep 2: Place your initial deposit of $550.00 plus the $35.00 chef jacket fee. DESCRIPTION:Menu – Pub Favorites:\n\nBeer Cheese Soup\nIrish Soda Bread\nBeer Braised Irish Beef Stew\nColcannon (Mashed Potatoes and Cabbage)\nChocolate Stout Cake with Irish Cream Topping\n\nAbout:\nOur most popular stand-alone cooking class\, this is Classic Cooking Academy’s bread and butter. Guests come in\, find a seat\, have a drink\, and meet the chefs who go over each item on the menu. After our staff covers what each table will be cooking\, guests split up among the tables to prepare one dish of their choosing.  At the end\, our chefs take over the kitchen\, while guests return to the dining room and are served a delectable three-course dinner complete with an appetizer\, entrée\, and dessert. \nMore Info:\n\nGourmet Cooking Classes are held on select Fridays\, 6:30 – 9:00pm. Attendees must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol.\nTo make a reservation\, please call 480-502-0177 or email info@ccacademy.edu.\nSPECIAL DISCOUNT: $50 per person. Gratuity is not included in the class price.\n\nTips for our staff for this evening are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members.\n\n\nWe have a 72-hour cancellation policy. This means that you have three days before the class starts to cancel or change your reservation.\n\nIf you have to cancel within this time period\, you are subject to forfeiture of any payments made to this class or voucher usage.\n\n\nNo dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this class. If one or more items on tonight’s menu conflicts with your needs\, please reserve spots for an alternative Gourmet Cooking Class.\nClass size is limited to 16 people.
