DESCRIPTION:Advanced Pastry Series – Topic(s):\n\nStrudel\nBaklava\n\nAbout:\nLooking to take your pastry knowledge to the next level? Consider the Advanced Pastry Series! You will gain a deeper understanding on some of the more expert-level techniques behind baking. \nMore Info:\n\nThis class is designed primarily for graduates of our Pastry Series. While it is not a requirement to have finished it for this program\, its completion is preferable. Otherwise\, we expect previous pastry experience for our students.\nThis is part of an 6-week series\, not a stand-alone cooking class.\n\nAs a result\, deal vouchers are not accepted.\n\n\n$100 per person; $600 total for 6 weeks.\n\nWe encourage you to sign up for the entire series; two payment options are available. A 50% deposit can be placed down or by halfway through the series\, the total amount must be paid.\n\n\nClass is held on Sundays at 9:00am sharp. Why not cook your own this time? Join us as we work together to cook the ultimate late morning spread! Students will create today’s meal using ingredients prepared by our chefs. After everything is fully cooked\, students will get to enjoy the fruits of their labor in a brunch buffet. Complimentary coffee and mimosas will also be served. \nMore Info:\n\nSunday Brunches are held on select Sundays\, 11am – 1:30pm. Attendees must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol.\nTo make a reservation\, please call 480-502-0177 or email info@ccacademy.edu.\nSPECIAL DISCOUNT $50 PER PERSON.  Gratuity is not included in the class price.\n\nTips for our staff for this evening are not expected but are greatly appreciated. This means that you have three days before the class starts to cancel or change your reservation.\n\nIf you have to cancel within this time period\, you are subject to forfeiture of any payments made to this class.\n\n\nNo dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this class. If one or more items on today’s menu conflicts with your needs\, please reserve spots for an alternative Sunday Brunch Class.\nClass size is limited to 16 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis.\nClass starts at 11am sharp. Please be here at least 10 minutes early wearing comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes.
