DESCRIPTION:About:\nFall Break is here!  Classic Cooking introduces a fun four-day cooking camp\, where students will learn essential cooking techniques and work alongside their peers to gain and develop new culinary skills.  Students will build on skills throughout the week\, and the daily changing menus will offer a wide variety of seasonal delights.  Available to ages 8-17 (Students will be paired with their similar age group) \nMenus:\nMonday\, October 5th\, 2020 – Comfy Cozy:\nChicken Pot Pie\nCreamy Mashed Potatoes\nApple Strudel in Phyllo \nTuesday\, October 6th\, 2020 – Veggie Italian:\nRolled Eggplant Parmesan\nItalian Chopped Salad\nChocolate Budino \nWednesday\, October 7th\, 2020 – The Great Pumpkin:\nPumpkin Soup\nPumpkin Muffins\nCrustless Pumpkin Pie \nThursday\, October 8th\, 2020 – Home Sweet Home:\nCheesy Bacon Mac and Cheese\nRoasted Creamy Tomato Basil Soup\nSeven Layer Bar Cookies \nMore Info:\n\nPlease call 480-502-0177 or e-mail info@ccacademy.edu to register.  Or\, you may register by clicking on the Paypal link below.\n$160 for 4-day session\, Monday-Thursday\, 10:00am – 12:00pm.  Class is limited to 16 students.  Reservations are based on First Come-First Serve basis.\nNO REFUNDS will be given in the event of a cancellation.\nA MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION FORM 2020 must be on file for your child to attend.\n\nIt is very important that we receive at least 72 hours advance notice of ANY food allergies or dietary restrictions.  Please let us know at least 72-hours in advance; Otherwise modifications will not be made.\n\n\nStudents MUST wear close-toed shoes and tie back long hair as per Arizona health code.\nKids & Teens Camp is DROP OFF ONLY.
