DESCRIPTION:Limited Space Available – Please cal 480-502-0177 to inquire within.\nMacarons Class – Menu:\n\nCoffee Macarons\nOrange Macarons\nLavender Macarons\nChocolate Macarons\n\nAbout:\n\n\n\nJoin Chef Pascal Dionot for this Specialty Hands-On Pastry Class\, and learn the technique to making those famous French Macarons that everybody adores!  In this class\, you’ll practice piping the meringue cookies and create a variety of flavored cream fillings.  Then\, you’ll assemble your very own French Macarons!  Each student will make their own cookies to eat or take home.\n\n\n\nMore Info:\n\n\n\nThis Specialty Class is held on Saturday\, July 11th\, 10am – 1:00pm. Attendees must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol.\nTo make a reservation\, please call 480-502-0177 or email info@ccacademy.edu.  Or\, you may register by clicking on the Paypal link below.\n$65 per person.  This is a Specialty Class.  NO vouchers will be accepted.  Gratuity is not included in the class price.\n\nTips for our staff for this evening are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members.\n\n\nWe have a 72-hour cancellation policy. This means that you have three days before the class starts to cancel or change your reservation.\n\nIf you have to cancel within this time period\, you are subject to forfeiture of any payments made to this class or voucher usage.\n\n\nNo dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this class. If one or more items on today’s menu conflicts with your needs\, please reserve spots for an alternative Cooking Class.\nClass size is limited to 16 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis.\nClass starts at 10am sharp. Please be here at least 10 minutes early wearing comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. Instead\, guests sit down\, meet our chef(s) and sommelier\, and enjoy a five-course tasting menu with specially paired wines. With each course\, our head chef will talk about the food\, while our sommelier will discuss the wine’s taste\, variety\, background\, and vintage. \nMore Info:\n\nFive-Course Wine Dinners are held on select Saturdays\, 5:00 – 7:30pm. Attendees must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol.\nThis class is not a cooking class.
