DESCRIPTION:Menu:\nBûche de Noël (Yule Log) \nAbout:\nThis fanciful “Yule Log” is a classic French holiday dessert!  Learn how to make the famous Bûche de Noël with Chef Pascal Dionot.  He will take you step-by-step through the preparation of the sponge cake and buttercream filling\, and you’ll finish your sweet roulade with marzipan and mushroom meringue decorations. At the end of class\, everyone will take home their very own Yule Log!!! \nMore Info:\n\n\n\nYule Log Class is held on Saturday\, 10:00am – 1:00pm. Attendees must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol.\n$65 per person. This is a Specialty Class\, no vouchers will be accepted.  To make a reservation\, please call 480-502-0177 or click on the PayPal link below.\nWe have a 72-hour cancellation policy. This means that you have three days before the class starts to cancel your reservation or change your party size.\n\nIf you have to cancel within this time period\, you are subject to forfeiture of any payments made to this class.\n\n\nNo dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this class. If one or more items on the menu conflicts with your needs\, please reserve spots for an alternative Cooking Class.\nClass size is limited to 20 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis.\nClass starts at 10:00am sharp. Please be here at least 10 minutes early wearing comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. Instead\, guests sit down\, meet our chef(s) and sommelier\, and enjoy a five-course tasting menu with specially paired wines. With each course\, our head chef will talk about the food\, while our sommelier will discuss the wine’s taste\, variety\, background\, and vintage. \nMore Info:\n\nFive-Course Wine Dinners are held on select Saturdays\, 5:00 – 7:30pm. Attendees must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol.\nThis class is not a cooking class.
