SUMMARY:Specialty Class - Sushi Workshop (SOLD OUT)
DESCRIPTION:Sushi Workshop – Menu:\nRolls\nNigiri\nSashimi\nSeasoning Rice \nAbout:\nCalling all sushi lovers!  Join Chef Joshua Hebert in this hands-on workshop where participants will learn the art and finesse of sushi-making.  This class is open to any and all skill levels. Class will begin with a lecture on the history of sushi. Participants will then watch assembly of all of the subject matter. Upon completion. participants will enter the kitchen and be given rice\, and tools to make 2 nigiri\, 2 rolls\, sashimi\, wasabi\, soy\, and ponzu. All of the items assembled will be enjoyed during class along with house beverages. \nMore Info:\n\nThis is a Specialty Class.  NO Vouchers will be accepted for this class.\nAttendees must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol.\nTo make a reservation\, please call 480-502-0177 or email info@ccacademy.edu.\n$75 per person. Gratuity is NOT included in the class price.\n\nTips for our staff for this evening are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members.\n\n\nWe have a 72-hour cancellation policy. This means that you have three days before the class starts to cancel or change your reservation.\n\nIf you have to cancel within this time period\, you are subject to forfeiture of any payments made to this class.\n\n\nNo dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this class. If one or more items on today’s menu conflicts with your needs\, please reserve spots for an alternative class.\nClass size is limited to 24 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis.\nClass starts at 3pm sharp. Please be here at least 10 minutes early wearing comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes.
