Spanning 24 weeks\, this series will educate you around the logistics of the kitchen one step at a time. By the end of the course\, you will have a full understanding of nearly every facet of cooking. Don’t be hesitant if you think you’re not up to the task – this class is open for any and all skill levels. \nLogistics:\n\nStudents will be learning techniques of cooking rather than looking at recipes.\n\nAs a result\, bring your own notes and a writing utensil.\n\n\nIf you still need to enroll\, fill out our application form and send it to us via email or in-person.\nClass starts at 6:30pm sharp. SUMMARY:Taste of Winter - Gourmet Cooking Class (SOLD OUT)
DESCRIPTION:Menu:\nCreamy Mushroom Soup\nDuck a L’Orange with Wild Rice Timbale\nBraised Greens with Spicy Garlic Olive Oil\nApple Tart in Puff Pastry with Caramel Sauce \nAbout:\nOur most popular stand-alone cooking class\, this is Classic Cooking Academy’s bread and butter. Guests come in\, find a seat\, have a drink\, and meet the chefs who go over each item on the menu. After our staff covers what each table will be cooking\, guests split up to prepare the dish of their choosing. At the end\, our chefs take over the kitchen\, while guests return to the dining room and are served a delectable three-course dinner complete with an appetizer\, entrée\, and dessert. \nMore Info:\n\nGourmet Cooking Classes are held on select Fridays\, 6:30 – 9:00pm. Attendees must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol.\n$100 per person. Call to inquire about seasonal discounts.\nWe have a 72-hour cancellation policy. This means that you have three days before the class starts to cancel your reservation or change your party size.\n\nIf you have to cancel within this time period\, you are subject to forfeiture of any payments made to this class or voucher usage.\n\n\nNo dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this class. If one or more items on tonight’s menu conflicts with your needs\, please reserve spots for an alternative Gourmet Cooking Class.\nClass size is limited to 24 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis.\nClass starts at 6:30pm sharp. Please be here at least 10 minutes early wearing comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes.
