DESCRIPTION:Menu:\nBuche de Noel \nAbout:\n\nThis fanciful “Yule log” is a classic French holiday dessert!  Learn how to make the famous Buche de Noel with Chef Pascal Dionot.  He will take you step-by-step through the preparation of the sponge cake and buttercream filling\, and you’ll finish your sweet roulade with marzipan and mushroom meringue decorations. At the end of class\, everyone will take home their very own Yule Log!!!\nMore Info:\n\nThis Pastry Class is held on Sunday\, 11:00am – 1:30pm. Attendees must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol.\nTo make a reservation\, please call 480-502-0177 or email info@ccacademy.edu.\n$100 per person. Call to inquire about seasonal discounts.  Gratuity is not included in the class price.\n\nTips for our staff for this evening are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members.\n\n\nWe have a 72-hour cancellation policy. This means that you have three days before the class starts to cancel or change your reservation.\n\nIf you have to cancel within this time period\, you are subject to forfeiture of any payments made to this class or voucher usage.\n\n\nNo dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this class. If one or more items on today’s menu conflicts with your needs\, please reserve spots for an alternative Pastry Class.\nClass size is limited to 20 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis.\nClass starts at 11:0am sharp. Please be here at least 10 minutes early wearing comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes.
