DESCRIPTION:Five-Course Wine Dinner – Menu:\n\nCold Carrot and Ginger Soup\nCrab Quesadilla with Pickled Veggies\nChicken Parmesan with Angel Hair Pasta\nRoasted Duck Breast with Pineapple Sauce and Quinoa Pilaf\nAlmond Semifreddo with Madeleines\n\nAbout:\nOne of our few classes that does not incorporate hands-on cooking. Instead\, guests sit down\, meet our chef(s) and sommelier\, and enjoy a five-course dinner with each dish paired with a special wine. With each meal\, our head chef will talk about the food\, while our sommelier will cover the wine’s taste\, variety\, background\, and vintage. After dessert\, guests will have the option of ordering any of the wines they have tasted. \nLogistics:\n\n\n\nThis class is not a cooking class. There is no portion of the class that is hands-on or demonstrative.\n$100 per person. Call to inquire about seasonal discounts.\nWe have a 72-hour cancellation policy. This means that you have three days before the class starts to cancel your reservation or change your party size.\n\nIf you have to cancel within this time period\, you are subject to forfeiture of any payments made to this class or voucher usage.\n\n\nNo dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this class. If one or more items on tonight’s menu conflicts with your needs\, please reserve spots for an alternative Five-Course Wine Dinner.\n\n\nClass size caps out at 36-40 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis.\nDinner starts at 5:00pm sharp.
