DESCRIPTION:Our wine expert will guide you through this informative and delicious 5 course tasting dinner paired with wine. \nSalmon Rillettes \nFennel and Fish Soup \nChicken Savoyarde \nLamb Chop with Ratatouille \nVanilla Bean Creme Brulee \nWHAT TO EXPECT \nThis class is not a cooking class. There is no portion of the class that is hands-on or demonstration.\nOur sommelier or wine expert will lead the class. They will lecture about the wine and answer any general wine questions you may have. The Chef will talk about the food and pairing.\nThis is a 5 course tasting menu. You will be served five small portions of everything on the menu. Each plate will be paired with a 2 ounce pour of wine.\nGratuity is not included in the class price.
