DESCRIPTION:Classic Cooking Academy has designed a special brunch workshop to celebrate Mother’s Day!  Chef Instructors will teach attendees the proper approach to creating a delicious brunch spread.  Sport an apron\, enter a professional kitchen\, and tackle these dishes with confidence as the Chef Instructor leads the way!  All recipes are provided to students for use at home.  Complimentary coffee and Mimosas will flow as you learn and dine on your freshly made brunch. \nGrilled Watermelon Salad \nSpinach & Cheese Fritatta \nCrispy Summer Squash Pancakes \nStrawberry Shortcake \nPlease call 480 502-0177 or e-mail  info@ccacademy.edu to register.\n$100 per person.  Call to inquire about seasonal discounts.\n72 hour notice must be given in case of cancellation.\n \n\nWHAT TO EXPECT \n\nThe class will begin with a Chef demonstration. The Chef Instructor will go over each aspect of the menu.  You will work in small groups.  Each group will be in charge of completing different aspects of the menu\, and you will work together to complete the entire menu.\nBeer\, Wine\, Soda\, and Water are included with the class and meal.\nPlease wear close-toed shoes\, and tie long hair back\nGratuity is not included in the class price. If you would like to leave our staff a tip\, they will split all gratuity left among the instructor\, assistant\, server\, and dish washer.
