There is no portion of the class that is hands-on or demonstration.\nOur sommelier or wine expert will lead the class. They will lecture about the wine and answer any general wine questions you may have. The Chef will talk about the food and pairing.\nThis is a 5 course tasting menu. You will be served five small portions of everything on the menu. Each plate will be paired with a 2 ounce pour of wine.\nGratuity is not included in the class price.
