DESCRIPTION:Champagne Class Scottsdale – are you looking for a Champagne class scottsdale? This class is all about the bubbly\, while you explore key similarities and differences of champagne and sparkling wine.\nChampagne and sparkling wine – explore the similarities and differences of the two\, and taste your way through an evening of bubbly! \n$50 per person or take all 6 wine classes for $250! \nThis is a Specialty Class.  No vouchers will be accepted. \nMarch 6th – Intro to Wine Tasting\nMarch 13th – Old World vs. New World\nMarch 20th – New Zealand and Australia wines\nMarch 27th  – Pinot Noir\nApril 3rd – Italian Wines\nApril 10th – Champagne and Sparkling Wine \nChef Cathleen Rosenberg is a graduate with honors from Scottsdale Culinary Institute\, San Francisco State University Cum Laude and recipient of a Certificate in French from Grenoble University in France.  For many years she taught wine and hospitality classes as well as restaurant operations in Technique Restaurant at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Scottsdale\, Arizona. During this time she earned her Wine Specialist Certification from the Society of Wine Educators in 2010. Her ’byob’ bistro in Carefree focused on wine and food-pairing dinners (2005-2007).
