DESCRIPTION:Sorry\, this class is FULL \nEverybody Loves Raymond… I mean Bacon!  Hands-on cooking class\, where you will learn different bacon cooking techniques\, and use bacon in fun and unique ways.\nBeer and wine included! \nBacon\, Leek & Potato Soup\nWarm Bacon and Spinach Salad\nBacon Wrapped Scallops with Fettuccine Carbonara & Haricots Verts\nMaple Bacon Scones with Praline Encrusted Ice Cream \n  \n  \nWHAT TO EXPECT \n\nThe class will begin with a Chef demonstration. The Chef Instructor will go over each aspect of the menu.  You will work in small groups.  Each group will be in charge of completing different aspects of the menu\, and you will work together to complete the entire menu.\nBeer\, Wine\, Soda\, and Water are included with the class and meal.\nPlease wear close-toed shoes\, and tie long hair back\nGratuity is not included in the class price. If you would like to leave our staff a tip\, they will split all gratuity left among the instructor\, assistant\, server\, and dish washer.\n\n
