You wanna make a pizza pie?  Step inside Classic Cooking Academy’s Pizza Kitchen for an educational and fun class.   Master your homemade pizza like a pro with a complete understanding of pizza dough (yeast, gluten, flours, etc.) and sauces.  The Chef Instructor will continue the class teaching you how to perfect the best calzones.  Included with the class/ meal will be a salad or appetizer and an Italian dessert
